Without further details it's hard to say.
From http://de.kingofsat.net/sat-w3a.php it would appear like these
channels are encrypted. Please post your channels.conf lines for these channels, and the relevant syslog messages.
BTW: you should start a new thread with such a message, and not reply to the release note (let alone fully quote the entire thing) ;-)
