Ahanix / Soundgraph iMon remote and LinVDR

Hi I'm new on this mailing list but I've been studying LinVDR for some time. I am not a Linux developer but keen to learn! I would like to use the iMon remote from Ahanix/Soundgraph with LinVDR. Has anyone managed to get this working? What is needed to get this to work? I am currently using LinVDR 0.7 Best regards ED

Rotor plugins and patches

I remeber to have read that the rotor plugins used with the latest vdr works better with some patches applied... something about timeouts on locking channels or similar. I also remember an announce for a patch that adds new found channels in appropriate zones in channels.conf, one zone for one satellite. Can anybody help ? Francesco

channelscan plugin freezes vdr

Hi, I am trying to get the channelscan plugin to work. channelscan vedrsion 0.3a vdr 1.3.22 After selecting the plugin in vdr's mainmenu, vdr freezes. Any ideas? Halim

Patch: dxr3plugin OSD don't turn pink

Hi ML, Hi Dxr3plugin lovers, Attached to this posting is a patch which fixes the odd osd-problem turning pink after returning from mplayer or after hardware-reset of the dxr3-card. I posted this fix in the german-vdr-forum a couple of months ago and it works for other users there, too. I haven't found the time to post it here (other users hadn't either:) )... so, here it is. Now what this patch does it change the behavior in cDxr3PaletteManager. It seems, that after returning from … [View More]pmExtern_THIS_SHOULD_BE_AVOIDED, palette-data in cDxr3PaletteManager is somehow broken after resuscitation (whatever happens there, the code is a total mess). I avoid this by not copying & converting the whole data again in cDxr3PaletteManager::GetPalette through Tools::Rgb2YCrCb() (only when it has changed, indicated by member m_changed). Additionally, this should speed up GetPalette(). Hi. I need to use the analog tv module for a PVR150 card. I have trouble with the tuner input and cannot have picture or sound while the s-video and composite inputs are fine. help for patch needed: svdrp-play

Hello, I would like to start playing a recording with a svdrp command. I had a sort look on the sources, but I don't know exactly where to start with the playing command (the svdrp-command would be easy). Does anyone have such a patch? Cannot switch channels, if primary card is not connected to satellite dish

Hi, since I've disconnected my primary DVB-s (Nexus 2.1) card from the satellite dish, I cannot switch channels on a DVB-t (Technotrend DVB-T 1300 Budget) card. The picture stays black until I play a recording. As you might guess, this workaround is not nice :-) The system is linvdr 0.7.
